the process

after contacting hometown supply we will set up an estimate date that is convenient for you. During the quote we will go over the different color options, styles, impact ratings, energy efficiency options, and more!

upon approval of the quote we will send you a delivery and install date. This will include an estimated time of demo, delivery, installation and any repairs needed upon completion. (drywall, trim, etc.)

Upon issuance of permit and delivery of windows we will do a site visit the day before install to insure everything is ready. This includes putting flooring protection and moving of any furniture. We install all of our windows with the highest quality sealants and fasteners.

After full satisfaction of installation we will schedule our county inspection. Upon passing we will issue you the CO and a company document with our contact info and warranty information.
